Core Beliefs
The following are the core beliefs of The Life Center based on the foundational truths taught in the bible. All of our teaching and ministry is rooted in and flows out of these biblical doctrines.
Jesus Christ
The Son, who is the Word of the Father, the very and eternal God, of one substance with the Father, took man’s nature in the womb of the blessed virgin; so that two whole and perfect natures, very God and perfect man, who actually suffered, was crucified, dead, and buried, to reconcile the Father to us, and to make atonement, not only for our actual guilt but also for our original sin.
Trinity
There is but one living and true God; And in the unity of this Godhead, there are three Persons of one substance of eternal being, equal in holiness, justice, wisdom, power, and dignity; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.
Scriptures
The verbal and plenary inspiration of the Holy Scriptures is known as the Bible. The Bible is the Word of God, the full and complete revelation of the plan and history of redemption
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit, proceeding from the Father and the Son, is of one substance, majesty and glory with the Father and the Son, very and eternal God
Salvation
Jesus Christ came to reconcile us with God. He lived a life without sin and willingly died on the cross to pay the penalty for our transgressions. God raised him from the dead and now, by grace, offers as a free gift eternal life to all who follow Christ, by faith, as their Lord and Savior. That is why salvation can be found in Christ alone.
The Second Coming
The Lord will return to the earth for His faithful people to establish His Kingdom on the earth, and we love waiting for His appearance.
Resurrection
Christ did truly rise from the dead, and took again His body, and ascended into Heaven and there sits until He shall return to judge all men at the last day.
